CHOICES: The Experience The Power to Decide Create How Often I Consciously Exercise Self-Control This dynamic 60-minute interactive experience is more than a presentation—it's a shift in awareness, identity, and agency. Through original insight, lived experience, storytelling, music, and practical tools, participants explore the connection between the mind, body, and spirit while discovering how perception shapes the choices we make every day. With rhythm at its core, CHOICES: The Experience bridges understanding and purpose, delivering meaningful truths that resonate long after the experience ends. Participants leave with new language, practical tools, and the confidence to reclaim their power—one choice at a time. The Experience Includes • 60-minute interactive experience (45-minute presentation + 15-minute guided Q&A) • Available in person or virtually • Original storytelling and music • Interactive Canva presentation with embedded audio and visuals • Designed for schools, colleges, organizations, conferences, faith communities, and wellness-focused spaces • Introduces three practical tools: The Power of Pause, The Narrative Flip, and The Daily Anchor No handouts required—participants leave with practical tools they can begin applying immediately. Technical Requirements • Handheld or lapel microphone • Projector or screen with working audio • Reliable internet connection Presenter provides a laptop, presentation clicker, and portable podium. Booking Information Ideal For: School assemblies, SEL initiatives, professional development, workplace wellness, conferences, community organizations, faith communities, and special events. Investment: $650 Introductory Launch Rate A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your presentation date. The remaining $500 balance is due prior to the scheduled experience. Travel fees may apply outside the Chicagoland area. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled experience will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit is required to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All sessions require a non-refundable $150 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future date. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted if requested more than 48 hours in advance and based on availability. Clients may not cancel or reschedule their own bookings online. All changes must be requested directly via email or text. Travel fees may apply for bookings outside the Chicagoland area. Free Consultations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Missed appointments or late cancellations may limit your ability to book future free sessions. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
