Free Consultation Every meaningful partnership begins with a conversation. Whether you're planning a school assembly, conference, professional development session, wellness initiative, or community event, this complimentary consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals and explore how CHOICES: The Experience can best serve your audience. We'll answer questions, discuss your vision, and determine the experience that's the right fit. 30 minutes. No pressure. Just purposeful conversation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All sessions require a non-refundable $150 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future date. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted if requested more than 48 hours in advance and based on availability. Clients may not cancel or reschedule their own bookings online. All changes must be requested directly via email or text. Travel fees may apply for bookings outside the Chicagoland area. Free Consultations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Missed appointments or late cancellations may limit your ability to book future free sessions. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
