Free Consultation Every journey starts with a conversation. Whether you’re thinking about bringing HCC into your school or organization, exploring the Campus Culture Wellness Plan, or feeling called toward chakra alignment, spiritual reset, or personal healing — this free consultation is your space to talk it out. We’ll listen, align, and walk you through the possibilities — from mobile wellness experiences to one-on-one support. No pressure, just clarity and connection. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All sessions require a non-refundable $150 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future date. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted if requested more than 48 hours in advance and based on availability. Clients may not cancel or reschedule their own bookings online. All changes must be requested directly via email or text. Travel fees may apply for bookings outside the Chicagoland area. Free Consultations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Missed appointments or late cancellations may limit your ability to book future free sessions. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
