MIRRORING CHAKRAS

A Heart-Centered Approach to Energetic Alignment
MIRRIORING CHAKRA

This is not polarity. This is reflection.

Peace, peace, peace and many blessings.

Welcome to Mirroring Chakras — a sacred framework that reimagines how we understand energy, healing, and balance within the chakra system.

This is not your typical chakra teaching. Most systems describe the chakras as isolated energy wheels or as a vertical climb from Root to Crown.

But here at Holistic Choices Center, we move differently.

The 7 primary chakras are not about polarity, or chasing the idea of being “open” or “blocked,” but about cultivating balance — allowing each center to hold its energy with integrity and contribute to the whole. No single chakra, not even the Heart, is meant to carry everything on its own.

Instead, we ask a deeper question:
What would happen if each part held its part — no more, no less?

Fold the Centers: What Mirroring Chakras Really Means

Take a blank sheet of paper.

Now, imagine writing your chakras from top to bottom like this:

Crown
Third Eye
Throat
Heart
Solar Plexus
Sacral
Root

Now fold that paper in half — right at the Heart. What do you see?

The chakras align in mirrored pairs:

Root ↔ Crown. Sacral ↔ Third Eye. Solar Plexus ↔ Throat. With the Heart as the bridge — the filter — the center of it all.

Root reflects Crown.
When the Root is stable, the Crown trusts the unseen. When you feel safe in your body, you can open to divine connection.

Ideal Balance: Root 50 / Crown 50
Imbalance: Root 90 + Crown 10 = Physically fearless but spiritually disconnected. Reckless. No trust in Spirit.

Sacral reflects Third Eye.
When the Sacral flows with joy and emotional honesty, the Third Eye sees with clarity. Feeling fuels intuition.

Ideal Balance: Sacral 50 / Third Eye 50
Imbalance: Sacral 80 + Third Eye 20 = Emotionally impulsive, overly reactive, no intuitive filter.

Solar Plexus reflects Throat.
When your inner power is rooted in self-worth, your voice speaks with integrity. Confidence becomes truth.

Ideal Balance: Solar 50 / Throat 50
Imbalance: Both at 75 = Overexpression, ego-driven confidence, forceful communication.

And the Heart?
It remains at the center — holding, harmonizing, and translating between the seen and the unseen. It doesn’t overpower or override — it filters. It aligns. It knows.

Heart (Center)
Ideal Balance: 50% in both directions
Imbalance: Heart doing 100 = Overcompensating. Burnout. Holding pain that isn’t yours.

The Heart doesn’t hold everything — it holds its half. If other chakras aren’t doing their part, the system becomes misaligned.

This is the visual foundation of the Mirroring Chakras system.

With all due respect to Kundalini rising and other powerful traditional systems — which often describe the chakras as a vertical climb or individual wheels — we offer a deeper understanding.

At Holistic Choices Center, we teach that your seven primary energy centers are not just stacked. They are mirroring each other, working in reflection — not opposition — with the Heart as the energetic filter at the center of it all.

This Is Not Polarity — This Is Sacred Reflection

This is not about masculine and feminine. Not about light and dark. Not about rooting and rising.  This is about sacred reflection. Energetic relationship. Internal harmony. Each mirrored pair is designed to carry half the load. Fifty percent plus fifty percent equals balance.

When one chakra is doing too much or too little, the other is affected. And when that imbalance builds, the Heart steps in — often overworking to restore peace — until your whole system starts to feel out of rhythm

The 50/50 Rule

In this system, each chakra should carry 50% of the energetic load in its mirrored pair — no more, no less.

When one does too much and the other does too little, the Heart Chakra steps in to carry the excess. And while the Heart is wise, sacred, and compassionate — it was never meant to carry it all.

Over time, this imbalance leads to overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and spiritual burnout.

The Heart is the Anchor

The Heart Chakra is not just another energy center. It is the anchor of the entire system — the sacred midpoint where the seen and unseen meet. It is the space where emotional truth and spiritual wisdom find their balance.

But let’s be clear about its role:

The Heart is the filter, not the fixer. It is not here to carry everything. It is here to translate, harmonize, and align what flows between the other centers. It holds its half — no more, no less. The Heart is where we feel what’s real. It’s where we learn what’s ours and what’s not. It’s where we stop over giving, overthinking, and overidentifying — and come home to center.  The Heart doesn’t rescue the system. It filters the system. It doesn’t overpower. It reminds you what’s true.

The Heart is not the hero. The Heart is the harmonizer. It doesn’t just connect you — it brings you back to your center.
