We are now in the house that holds all lines of communication — from personal integrity to authentic self-expression — the sacred center of the Throat Chakra.

The Throat Chakra is the fifth of the seven primary chakras. It’s located at the center of the throat, is represented by the color blue, and governs communication, truth, and expression.

This chakra allows you to speak from alignment — to express your needs, share your truth, and show up in the world as who you really are.

When balanced, it creates space for confident communication, honest conversation, deep listening, and spiritual authority.

The Throat Chakra also connects to the thyroid gland, influencing your voice, metabolism, and hormonal balance. On all levels — physical, emotional, and energetic — this chakra helps you be seen and heard in full truth.

When the Throat is out of balance, you may feel silenced, misunderstood, or afraid to speak up. You may also over-talk, dominate conversations, or speak without grounding in clarity or compassion. Both extremes are signs of energetic disruption.
