Service Description

Pause. Glow with the flow. Because healing shines… and so do you. The GLOW Plan is a full-spectrum wellness experience designed to guide your team into stillness, presence, and reflection. This elevated tier includes meditation, massage, and a guided journaling circle — offering space to regulate the nervous system, release physical tension, and reset the inner voice. We begin with a calming meditation, move into restorative chair massage, and close with a sacred group-led journaling experience facilitated by Lynda. Participants are invited to pause, reflect, and write from a place of clarity and compassion. This is more than a break — it’s a return to self. The Glow Plan Experience Includes: Opening guided meditation (approx. 10 minutes) 15-minute chair massage per participant Group-led journaling and intention setting (approx. 20 minutes) Branded journals and pens provided for each participant Licensed massage therapist Massage chair, calming music, diffuser, gratitude jar, sanitizer, and full setup & breakdown Up to 10 participants can be served during a 4-hour visit Investment: $750 (covers up to 4 hours) Shorter sessions (2–3 hours) may be available starting at $300/hour A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Travel fees may apply for bookings outside the Chicagoland area. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
